Plus One Vet and all staff have been incredible with maintaining the care of my cat Hero. He needed emergency dental surgery and during they were able to manage his auto immune disease and maintain it so the cost was thousands less than many other vets. The continued care they provide, having the re-checkups be free and suited to my schedule gives me such peace of mind over my pet. They really go above and beyond for you and your animal. Making sure they are treated well and you leave the clinic completely aware of what care is to follow. If I'm worried I've been able to text the office and receive a reply same day, usually within a few hours. This expert care and communication is the reason I will drive from Logan to Sunnybank for all future animal care. Thank you so much Plus One Vet and your entire team!!

I recently brought my cat to see Dr. Leo and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and attention they provided. I took one of my cats and my dog for general health check and blood test as they are getting old. They were seen by Dr Robin. To help me understand better with the medical terminologies, another assistant Kevin was also there to interpret. Dr Robin was very professional and nice. He explained the results very clear and was able to answer all my questions and concerns. My appointment was the last one and already passed their close time but they were still very patient. The receptionist was very lovely and friendly too. So glad they both are healthy and will definitely come back with my other cat. Thank you to everyone.

This is a rare experience. My dog ​​decided to be neutered when he was 8 months old. It happened that Dr. Leo's clinic finally opened. I made an appointment for him to sterilize my dog. Dr. Leo is really a serious man. Responsible and skilled doctor, my dog ​​recovered well after coming home in the afternoon without any adverse effects for two weeks. I sincerely recommend Dr. Leo, he will be the only veterinarian for my dog's life, highly recommended to everyone.

We had gone through the critical time with Dr. Leo when Shylene was diagnosed with Evan syndrome in 2021.Dr. Leo wasn't the doctor attending at VSS ICU at that time, but he provided his 2nd opinion on trying the medical treatment even if the survival rate is extremely low in canine.Thank God that Shylene just passed her 7 years old birthday this year.This is such a miracle, and we are so grateful that Dr. Leo gave Shylene the 2nd life under his care.

I am very grateful that Plus One Vet was able to take my puppy in at the last minute despite being fully booked out for the day. I had called countless of vets and had been rejected. My puppy had a swollen eye with discharge and as you can imagine my anxiousness. Dr Robin was very kind and patient with my very active puppy and had never once tried to rush the appointment even though they were at closing time. He was very attentive and I highly recommend Dr Robin. The staff at the counter was also very attentive and kept us well informed during the waiting time.

I took my dogs here for annual vaccination and blood test yesterday. Both of my boys are around 7 years old and I’ve been to a few different vet clinics. Plus One Vet is definitely one of the best. The reception girl, Dr Robin and Dr Leo are all polite, patient and professional. They wouldn’t mind spending more time on listening to your concerns and answering all your questions, and they offer you the best price as well. Highly recommend!
