Most Terrible.. Money Hungry Company. They installed the Alarm System and it took a further month for them to return to finalise the same as they could not understand how to connect the system to my WIFI. Once they arrived back, I notice that the cameras were UPSIDE DOWN. This is now nearly a year and they have yet to come back to fix the same. Also, the installation was so Bodgy and UNPROFESSIONAL, wires were left hanging out, one camera was not connected, both cameras were upside down and from day one, TELSTRA SNP DEBITED MY ACCOUNT. I have had a professional installer look at the same and they can not believe the unprofessional system. I WOULD NOT WASTE MY TIME INTALLING THIS SYSTEM. Poor service and system but extremely good at debiting your account.

Most ignorant people ever dealt with! The one time you need them, they are not there. The place got robbed, after not sending out the requested patrol vehicle, and not coming to the party afterwards leaving us with all the damage!

Asked them to come out and give us a quote for a software upgrade, charged for the call out to investigate their system, never got a call back or quote even asking them 3 times. This was over a year ago.
