I had my sons birthday here the 3/6 and I defiantly wouldn’t recommend it.I kept having a rude staff member remind me what time we had to be out which made the birthday feel rushed.The food came out which looked over cooked from the oil the drinks were warm. & don’t you dare try and bring it up to staff that your not satisfied/happy with anything because they are rude with attitudes,Kids the age of 10 running around in a toddlers play ground, and the trampolines even worse.

Great fun for the kids on a rainy day, can get very busy though.

Great place for kids 8 yo above. They really drain the energy there. Parents can have a coffee and chat with friends while kids are having a great time.Note to the manager, on hot days please turn the aircon to the maximun and from time to time spray some airfresh specially on the cafe aerea

Dirty, old and rip off. The staff are useless of seeing how many people on trampoline and only give respect to school children while other guests get pushed off trampolines, saw two staff just sitting on the floor chatting and not giving a slight cràp about what was going on. This is off peak. Also got to pay for these expensive socks, I saw kids without socks on, disgusting, there was old tomato sauce or something on one of the balls in the basketball section, so obviously nothing ever gets cleaned here, the soft foam bit YUCK. Never again, all I got out of it was these socks. Wouldn't trust the food there, the bar section benches were filthy. Don't make excuses for lack of staff, those lazy bones sitting on the ground chatting should be cleaning this absolute disgrace of a place.

Please for the kids to do here hours of entertainment. A little play centre for younger kids and arcade games also. Great for parties or just to burn off some energy. Dodgeball arena always a win

Overpriced and no notice of excursions, no supervision and the toilet was filthy, there was literal vomit on the seat. I would suggest using a toilet elsewhere before going there, they even have a sign in there about how disgusting toilets can be. They let massive crowds enter the trampoline areas, make you sign a waiver after you've already paid, surely go over whatever capacity is allowed for centres like this. Not sure what else is going on here, luxury cars are parked inside at the back of the centre. Guess they only care about money and not people's safety.

Spent over $80 on entry and then had terrible service in the cafe. We ordered food which seemed to be taking a while, I kept looking in at the cafe and had noticed that there was a hotdog and chips sat there for some time but still not buzzer notification. Eventually the buzzer went off and they tried offering me the cold stale food that had sat there for well over 10 minutes! I explained what had happened and the man felt the hotdog and agreed it was cold. I was asked by the other man “don’t you just want to try it” NO! I don’t want to “just try” the cold stale hotdog we just paid $7 for! He then tried to say that they had already buzzed which was untrue because I had been sat with it waiting for over 20 minutes! I was then told he’d remake it but I’d have to go to the back of the queue!! Great customer service! The buzzer then went off 2-3 minutes later and I was handed a reheated stale hotdog. Greedy! Won’t be rushing back!

I want to share my terrible experience with gravity zone staff which led to an extremely disappointing time with my son. I went there with my 2 year old son on Friday afternoon. I bought 2 tickets for $33 per hour. I was told by the staff member (Blake) that we can use any trampoline and the kids playground. When my son started jumping on the very first trampoline we were approached by a staff member who told us that my son is too small to use that particular trampoline. I said that we had been to Gravity Zone before many times, and we have never been told we couldn't use it( we have videos and photos). My son couldn't understand and started crying, so we decided to leave.I went to the reception to explain what had happened and asked for a refund, as we had been in Gravity Zone for no longer than 5 min. I said that upon entry we were told that we could use any trampoline which was not the case. The manager on duty told me that I would not get a refund as that was the company policy. I said that I would like to get my refund based on the false information I was given by a staff member who sold us tickets 5 min ago. The duty manager refused again. I asked for his name as I said I would like to complain to the owner. At first he refused to give me his name (which is unbelievable from DM) and after 2 minutes of arguing he said his name was Tom. I was incredibly disappointed by the extraordinary lack of customer service skills. They also threatened to call the police if I don’t leave.I think that the problem is that the staff are very young, and they are not properly trained to firstly inform customers correctly of what equipment is included in the price, and then also how to handle customer complaints. All I wanted was to get a $33 refund based on my previous visits and the incorrect information given upon entry. We will not be visiting Gravity Zone again, and want to make sure that other customers are informed about the dreadful customer service. Don't waste your time or money here. Lots of customers lost over $33.

Let's start with the coffee... Delish. Wasn't expecting it to be so good. Service was quite slow but it was worth it.I love the fact the adults can sit up in the cafe and look down at their kids while they play.This place is massive. And surprisingly not crazy busy either. I was expecting everyone to be squished but that wasn't the case.Is quite expensive considering it's an hourly rate and if you have multiple children.Would be good if you could just add extras (VR/lazertag) to your entry though if you want to use it, rather than prepaying and not using it. This may be a thing, but I didn't see any signs/notes saying so.Definitely plan to return.

Kids loved this place. Saturday night wasn't that busy and ids had plenty of time to switch the activities.
