Blue Haven Pools and Spas

Underwent some renovation works on my 7x3m concrete pool recently with blue haven pools. The guys took off my old interior and added a new smoother interior called haven white. we also added a ledge in the shallow end and added a heat pump onto the provisions. Can now swim happily all year round.

Worse company with the worse customer service. After my husband left a review. Mick from blue haven pools called me and abused me over the phone and bullied me into removing the review.The review is our experience with the company and we have the right to review it.Our pool has been paid in full months ago and it’s still not completedour pool heater still does not work nor do our pool lights work because the transformer still hasn’t been provided by blue haven pools.Mick also advised me to buy a second water pump for my heater through blue haven pools for $1120, however after I bought it elsewhere for the fraction of the cost ($480) it’s now apparently not needed anymore and it’s just thrown to the side of the house, unboxed and un returnable, and the excuse was that every installer installs the pool equipment differently and the installer did not find it necessary .. as a customer this is unacceptable.We have been waiting for soo long and it’s honestly sickening. At first we were soo excited to be having a pool... but now... we are just sick of it and we really regret going through them.Just because Blue haven pools is soo well known, that doesn’t mean they are good at what they do.I definitely would not recommend them at all. STAY AWAY!This is not a fake review at all. I am unfortunately a blue haven pool customer and this is my true experience with them, btw this is only a fraction of the hell they have given us.

I paid the deposit for my pool 4 months ago and absolutely nothing has happened since. We were told our pool would be completed by February But no one has been out to our house since the measurements were done. The salesman came out in October and did his nice little sales pitch but the service does not back up what he says. Communication is very poor, they don’t return phone calls or respond to the emails we have sent. Very disappointed in Blue Haven Pools.

Thank you Blue Haven for a quality made pool! Even throughout bad weather we managed to get the pool completed in a 12 week time frame :)

I've been attempting to get a quote from Blue Haven Pools for over a month, but I have yet to hear anyone answering or responding to my calls or emails, which is disappointing as we're ready to move forward.
