Noosa Trail Kin Kin
We did the Country Trail (walk number 1) starting and finishing in Kin Kin, which has a charming cafe/store and pub. It took 4 1/2 hours with a couple of short breaks. The trail is a nice idea, but unfortunately a lot of it is over very rough ground and unpleasant to walk on. Where it runs next to the road, it is much easier to walk on the road, however this meant that we ended up doing over half the walk on country roads. Most are quiet, but one stretch leads up to a quarry and we had to let 5 large trucks (all kicking up dust) pass by. There wasn't as much wildlife as we hoped, though we did see eagles and kangaroos.

A bit rough for our taste, but amazing how the trails from Noosa and the area in general all intersect.
