Sales staff are knowledgable and took the time to take me through my options. Installers took incredible care to make everything the best it could be and the end result is stunning. They were also very felxible with my changing timeframes. I highly recommend.

Great advice on flooring options. professional, punctual and friendly. Reasonably priced as well. They were happy to accommodate when I needed to collect and take samples away to make colour decisions for my property. Carpet looked great and was neatly installed including into wardrobe and linen closet. Thank you for your help, the good attention to detail and great job.

Well job started in November.Finished end of March.Arrogant owner with little communication with layer.Even on last day fixing the work unacceptable work the contractor had to be told what was agreed to.by the owner.Found the owner rude and aggressive.Job still has not been done to what he agreed to after 5 months but over the having him and his contractors over againGood luck with using them .Glenn

Good old customer service is often difficult to find these days but I found a rare gem when Carpet One Engadine was recommended to me by a friend. After a nightmare experience with another company Jill was able to source my carpet and have it laid within a week of me visiting the store. Nothing was too much trouble and the carpet was a most competitive price.I would highly recommend Carpet One.

Just had a floating floor installed to replace old carpet. The job was completed in a first class manner. The two man team were courteous, very careful, professional in their approach to the work and left our place looking first class. Thans again for your good work. 21/10/21

Poor customer service and unreliable due to installers not turning up on agreed day and the carpet layer turning up by himself and taking the whole day to install 2 rooms.The quotes included moving furniture,vacuuming after laying carpet etc but given one layer was onsite,that didn’t happen even though included in price.

Initial experience was fine, they matched another quote we had received but when it came to the day of install service went rapidly downhill. Was told the layer would be there between 8am-830am, he turned up at 9am. He was there till close to 6pm and after he'd hurriedly left I realised that he didn't vacuum which was supposedly included in the cost. When I chased this up I was told that because there was a single bed frame in one room he gave us a trade" to move the bed instead of vacuum. Not once did he tell me this on the day

From initial look through the showroom with the staff being so knowledgeable about the different carpet choices, timeliness of receiving the quote, quote follow up, price competitiveness, availability and flexibility in agreeing installation date through to the actual installation, Engadine carpets can not be faulted.The quality of the underlay and carpet is also excellent and it looks fantasticA special shout out to Ben, the carpet layer. He is awesome, such a nice guy, quality workmanship and as I was working from home that day can attest that he literally does not stop to ensure the job gets completed on time.Highly recommend.
