We had an odd experience of having our night disrupted by some very shocking behaviour from a group of unruly guests.The waitstaff and management handle it all really well. While it wasn’t the night we had hoped for I am really impressed by the professionalism from the team at Tali Wiru.The parts of the dinner we did manage to enjoy were lovely. I really hope to go back and experience how it’s meant to be.Thanks to Jai, Freddy, and Noah for handling it all so well! 5 out of 5 for the all star team! ⭐️

Out of this world experience! From beginning to end everything is top notch. The experience starts when you are picked up in a large four wheel drive and driven about thirty minutes into the desert. When the ride is finished you’re greeted by their friendly staff and given glasses of champagne and a Didgeridoo performance. The view of Uluru and the desert is stunning and makes for a gorgeous sunset. The canapés are composed of traditional bush tucker. All of the canapés unique and delicious. The sit down dinner under the stars is delightful. It consists of a four course meal with an amuse bouche, appetizer, a main course, and desert. Each course is excellently paired with Australian wines selected by the chefs. Before dessert there was a star gazing session lead by one of the local guides. The experience was concluded with hot chocolate and cognac by a beautiful campfire.

Brilliant! Food was amazing, creatively different which was especially mind blowing when the location is so remote and difficult to source. Staff were excellent, friendly, professional and tentative. They really play to the finer details of the experience, with star gazing, camp fire, dream stories, and music making this much more than fine dining in the bush - it’s a complete experience

The whole night was fantastic, from our driver (and star expert), to the waiters and chefs that made us feel comfortable and welcome. The food and drink package was exceptional. I couldn’t recommend this experience more highly.

Hands down one of the best dining experiences! Delicious degustation using Australian ingredients whilst dining under the southern stars. Truly memorable and a must do if you visit Uluru

One of the best dining experiences of my life, and perfectly executed from pick-up to drop-off and crucially, all the bits in between. If you've got the cash, choose this experience over the Field of Light dinner as you will not be disappointed. Our night ended with some astronomy, helped along by a very powerful laser pointer when there were no flights overhead.I'll let my photos do the rest of the talking.
