Anaconda Mile End
We went to buy a fishing rod without a single clue about them. But the knowledge and support we got from Peter was absolutely amazing. He took time and explained everything little bit about fishing techniques and the use of rods and lures. He’s a very knowledgeable person. If you ever wish to buy any products related to fishing, go meet this gentleman at the mile end store. He’s awesome.

Had a rod/reel combo break (purchased 5 months prior) - went in store to see what my options were. Seb was fantastic - liaised with the fishing dept expert (who was super knowledgeable and understanding - can't remember name) & sorted me out. Thanks guys!

Very poor service. One assistant in the whole store this morning. Lots of people wanting help but couldn’t get it because the one assistant was taking AGES (over 20 minutes!!) with a customer looking for tent pegs! We needed something from a locked cabinet. But after waiting for nearly half an hour we left! Not good business.

Very good collection for camping. Unfriendly customer service. They feel annoyed if ask any questions and that is with few people. Lack of knowledge of their products. Finally, the cashier refused to give an empty box even there were plenty behind her though I bought many items.

Have tried ringing this store on 5 occasions (3 in succession) over the last 30 minutes without success. For the first 4 calls all I got was promotional talk. When I finally got a ring tone, no one answered after over 4 minutes. Maybe the store was busy. There was no means available for me to request a call back. In comparison, when I tried ringing the Modbury store, they answered straight away.
