Really wanted to lease a place, but it takes about minimum of 7 days for an agent to reply to my emails. Is that normal behaviour from your business? Are Owners of a Property are wanting their buildings to be leased? Or is that not what they hire you for?

What a horrible experience to deal with this Company especially with Jessica Masione. She is too lazy to response to genuine enquire to sign up a lease at Unley Shopping centre, it took her over 1 week to response to my email, up until I contacted JLL’s concierge team.What a waste of time for a total of 1 month just to wait for her response. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful to their clients, she has no interest in leasing the place out. I should just deal with CBRE in the first place rather to deal with her after 1 month of waiting and found out that the place is not available anymore. If zero star was a option, I would give you a zero star. No wonder you have so many 1 star review with the same experiences.
