If I could give a zero I would. Extremely unprofessional. Disrespectful and incompetent. When it comes to releasing the bond they come up with a zillion excuses to not. And make up stories each day. I left some things accidentally in the property, after advising them to meet me at the premises or to organize a time to pick them up, they instead took it upon themselves to throw them away without my consent!The management is also atrocious, with their own leader telling me to Shut up!! . I just can't fathom the level of unprofessionalism, its actually disgusting. I STRONGLY advise everybody to stay away.

Tried six times to contact agent to view a rental. Finally got incontact with someone who wished to imply I was lying about not being able to contact and wanted proof. The house has also been on the market in a high moving area for the past 3 months. Shows how good they are at their job. If I could give a zero I would.
