When it was time for our beloved beagle Harry to cross the Rainbow Bridge, Peter from Forget Me Not Pets was so caring and considerate. We did not have to wait long before Harry was back home with us. We received a Certficate with Harry's paw prints and a glass vial with a lock of fur and a beautiful candle.The difficult process was made easy for our Family and I highly recommend their service.

I recently lost my beautiful boy Toby after 18 years being by my side. To say I was a mess the evening it happened is an understatement. I had no idea what to do other than the fact that I wanted to have him cremated. Thank goodness I found Forget me not pets. From my initial phone call to Melinda who was kind, patient and sympathetic, to Peter who arrived to take my baby away, Forget me not pets took charge when I couldn’t. They were easy to contact, had very good communication and their customer service was beautiful. Forget me not pets made a very sad situation that little bit easier and I am incredibly thankful to the entire team ❤️

We lost our beloved cat, Randolph, this week and it was undoubtedly the hardest thing we've ever had to go through. He was our life for fifteen years and he was our baby; our world revolved around him and we loved him more than words can ever say. Therefore, the decision on who to trust to take him on his final journey was an important one and one we weren't prepared to take on a whim. We can honestly say that anyone who, like us, loves their pet unconditionally and with complete devotion, owes it to themselves to entrust their loved one to Melinda and Peter. Both of these wonderful people made our difficult time just that little bit easier and we'll always be grateful for their kindness, patience and compassion in our darkest hour. We are still grieving, and will be for some time, but we take comfort in the fact that our precious baby was handled by such gentle, compassionate and humane individuals and that in itself is enough to somewhat ease our burden of grief. Melinda was absolutely wonderful. She was easy to contact and returned my calls on a Sunday evening. Her support over the phone helped make the process of cremating our dog very simple. Peter came to our house the next morning and was lovely and respectful. Our eco cannister and cremation certificate was hand delivered the following weekend. I requested paw and snout prints and they included ink prints on the certificate. We also received a little jar with all his fur colours, an engraved nameplate and a candle and decorative butterfly.

Melinda, Peter and Jane were lovely to deal with. They showed me true compassion, care and understanding right through this very difficult period. Losing a much loved pet, is never easy. Our pet rabbit died unexpectedly at a young age. It was a shock for everyone especially for my 10 year old son. We planned to take our bunny to the vet for cremation but at a very last minute, I went online and decided for Forget Me Not Pets to look after Gucci.It was definitely the right decision. There was no need for us to stress about drop off and pick up. As soon as Emma arrived within hours of phoning them, she placed Gucci on a soft and comfortable bed. This made us feel that he was just sleeping. Emma waited patiently until we were ready. When Gucci arrived back home, it was a nice surprise that he came in a cute little bag with a scented candle.We had pets that were cremated through the vet in the past. I can truly say that Forget Me Not Pets helped us with our grievances and that they exceeded our expectations.

From the first phone call, I knew Melinda was a caring compassionate person who was very respectful to me and my family on the passing of our much loved 11 year Cockatiel. To some it may have seemed just a bird, but to us he was a big part of our fur and feather baby family. The care both Melinda and Peter took from the time they picked our boy up to sending me chooses of vessels to making sure that we would be home when he was bought back, was so wonderful. Not that we put a price on his cremation, but Forget Me Not Pets were very reasonable, unlike some.The care taken was also proven when, our boy arrived home in a beautiful carry bag with a butterfly attached, the vessel, cremation certificate and a beautiful candle.I cannot thank you both enough and will be highly recommending you to anybody who is in need of your wonderful, caring service.
