Horrible customer service. Rude staff, horrible manners. Zero customer service skills... was ignored for 30 mins and served everyone else but me. no communication between team members. Would not ever be returning and will never refer them! seriously consider retraining and attitudes

Booked in at short notice, the staff took great care with my heavily modified mx5, welding in a new catalytic convertor onto my very expensive and rare exhaust system.They were very approachable and enthusiastic about my car, charged a decent price, took great care and worked efficiently.This was my first encounter with this business being relatively new to the area and still working on finding good workshops worthy of my pride and joy. No previous affiliation with shop or staff. Would not hesitate to recommend this business if you are a gearhead and love your ride, or anyone just looking for a good old fashioned approach to customer service and quality workmanship.Having a good long yarn about our project cars post payment was enjoyable also.Thankyou guys.

Bad service. Incompetent ̶m̶e̶c̶h̶a̶n̶i̶c̶ people. Paid $99 but could not fix my ABS. They suggested to have it checked at Gibbo's.They are only good for rego checks.

The mechanic was the rudest man I have ever had the unfortunate experience to meet. He was so dismissive, insulting and begrudging of offering me 5 miutes of his time. Spoke appalling to his staff member.

Will never go here again. Firstly as a single mum who cannot afford to be over quoted warning to other females do not go here.Not to mention the work was not done properly. I had to return the car numerous times before the handbrake was fixed properly. Also same with the foot brake. Then on getting home from one repair session on the brakes. Noticed my hubcaps were off. When i went back the male at front desk was obnoxious. I asked could they please look in the work area for my hubcaps"? His answer was "they are not here they must have fallen off on your drive home"? He refused.to go out the back and ask or look for them.NEVER ever will i go back here."
