If I could give this guy -5 stars I would. This guy absolutely ruined the tablet he was meant to fix. The tablet which needed repairing was in the shop for at least one month as he was apparently 'ordering parts'. He was not even in the shop half the time to be contacted, he said that tablet would be ready on three occasions before it actually was and said he would call on three separate occasions and never did.Have never dealt with someone so useless and unprofessional. When the tablet was returned it was broken even further and not repaired, he even managed to ruin the buttons on the tablet. Don't know how this guy actually has a business that is running. Don't waste your time, money and energy on this lazy sod.

Unprofessional and poor customer serviceI gave my computer for repair and they said it will take one day to fix but it has been more then 2 weeks still not fixed so when I contact them they don’t answer their phone and don’t even replyTheir closing time is 5:30 pm so i went there at 4:00 pm but their shop was closedReally disappointingDon’t recommend this

I gave my laptop for repair. After one month he didn’t fix my laptop and even lost the keyboard and CD roomDon’t recommend this

Adam was great! He not only got the job done timely but also went the extra mile to touch up some other parts that were needing it. Not that he needed to do so to get a 5 star recommendation. Highly recommended!

I did not have my computer for over a month and nothing helpful was done. The man is not competent with MacBooks.I am often finding new problems since taking it to this man. He's essentially ruined my laptop

Simply the worst experience ever with All Systems Go Wallsend, was sold a charger which blew up in a few months, causing sparks and burning. I was qouted 2 days for a replacement, after 5 days I called and was told Thanks for reminding me". I was then qouted 5 further days
