This has been the worst experience i've come across, last weekend we purchased two works burgers to take away they came in a cardboard box no wrapping the middle fell out the buns weren't toasted no butter no servietts, so we gave them a second chance and ordered lunch today to eat in lamb cutlets veg the corn was still frozen in the middle the veg was luke warm and the cutlets were full of fat and gristle, the sausage and mash were full of fat and oil the corn was cold as were the veg we had them heated in the microwave but still couldn't eat them the worst experience we've had . Never again. Our friends told us the meals were good with the new owners. So what's going on cutting corners.

We tried calling multiple times and no answer, we drove all the way there just for their kitchen to be shut. I don’t know what’s going on with there but usually late night snacks are no issue not to mention no sign of the old chef that used to make the best feeds. Normally I love this place and their food tonight’s the only time I’ve had an issue.

Family had a fantastic late old school lunch here. 2 x steak burgers and 1 x chicken burger which were very very tasty with fresh ingredients. A must stop for anyone missing old fashioned Aussie style burgers at a very reasonable price. Not to mention the wait is comparable to that of a fast food joint for much more reward!!! Thanks guys

Place is disgusting. Got 3 cold bacon n egg rolls for breakfast. Got 2 chicken burgers with chips, nuggets and scollops for lunch. Chicken patties were over cooked and to small for the buns. Forgot the bacon and Mayo and found a human fingernail in the food!!! Called and mentioned it to the staff. All we got in return was an ew and 10 dollars back refunded. Will never be returning and will never recommend to anyone.

Hawaiian burger ordered with BBQ sauce & no beetroot. Served with beetroot, no BBQ sauce, no pineapple. Order was corrected but tasted terrible. I don't like leaving bad reviews but in this case it is necessary.

Absolutely fantastic staff, most of the time. Delicious and filling food. Much love to the gentleman with the braid in his beard and the lady with the amazing piercings who always treat us with smiles and respect. We as customers always make sure we clean our table off, return the dinnerwear, gives tips and will gladly have a chat with some friendly staff.Too bad some staff are absolute judgenental a-holes. because we have had a horrible and stressful evening at home, I had bloodshot eyes because I had cried and screamed for hours due to an argument with a different family member. So naturally we didn't have dinner and me and my husband was going in for a 2 am burgerWe get greeted" by two elderly staff who instantly decided to judge us because we were wearing our hoodies because it was bloody cold. After we paid I went in toward the pick up area the old woman began to be all "It's closed you can't go there!!" Even though I could clearly see the lights were off and I was just gonna stand there waiting. I ended up waiting in the car.As my husband was picking up the burgers the old woman reminded us that we are being filmed in case we do anything suspicious

This is one of the worst fast food/petrol station I’ve encountered.they double charged me for my petrol.went in and see the staff who is a man working on the cashier.He was extremely rude. Saying that there is nothing he can do and that it’s not his problem! What a nonsense reply is was! I’ll never,ever step in to this rude shop ever.I’ll be sharing my experience with NSW tourism guide about this extremely rude and poor customer service.To everyone,please avoid this place at all cost. It clearly portrays that the cashier has no interest with working at all,not to forget on how rude and arrogant he was! Will be passing this experience to trip advisor. I wouldn’t even give any stars for this place.Oh and by the way,the cashier is not even wearing any mask. With his dirty hands,I saw him handle the packing of food.purely disgusting.Big ZERO stars for this place!
