Never question your bill, staff become very rude and passive aggressive, I recently agreed to pay for an xray on my dog, 40 minutes after dropping her off my partner was rang to collect her, all done and no need for xray he was told, as I had also had a missed call I rang the vet back, to be told my dog was all done and ready to collect no xray needed just an infection, I was shocked when I saw my receipt that had a charge for an xray so rang to query, I was told rudely don't know who told you that your signed and agreed to pay for it, my reply was yes I agreed to pay if needed but I was informed xray not needed so why the charge??? Also medications very very expensive no explanation why I can buy cheaper elsewhere other than they can't get them at the price I saw, here's a hint change your supplier, even if the vet clinic bought them on line at retail prices and tripled the price for markup it would be cheaper for customers...price gouging at its finest.Olivia thank you for your response, neither my partner or myself were told no sedation was needed we were both told no xray was needed, that been said I had no issue with your service until I questioned the bill, my question was why was I told this in a hope that someone would look into this miscommunication, but instead I was spoken to rudely and aggressively told you signed the forms which I did not deny, at no stage was an apology offered for the miscommunication, all I did was ask a question, I did not deserve to be spoken too in that way, yes I questioned the price if the drugs given to pippa, in the same way you would ask about price matching anywhere else, maybe the practice needs to look at cheaper suppliers for the medication I find paying three to four times the price for medication bought elsewhere in Australia over the top, i didn't ask for a refund only questions about how to access a written script so i could purchases any future medication needs elsewhere, (no difference in going to your own doctor then choosing your own pharmacy) but again it was the way I was spoken too for daring to ask a question that will stop me ever using this practice again.

Clean & fresh surgery, doesn't smell as most.Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Treat your pets as you would expect.We have tried a several different Veterinary practices, including franchises & privately owned from Redcliffe to Narangba across to Caboolture & are now happy we used Morayfield Vet SurgeryI wouldn't go anywhere else.

Highly recommend Morayfield Vet Clinic. Thank you to Dr Grant, Dr Jenni and all the staff for the care given to Rosie during and after her knee operation. Also for advising us about the operation and her ongoing care.

They are very professional and have a genuine passion re the treatment of the animals in their care.

Great staff, receptionists were warm and friendly, and the veterinarian conducted a thorough examination of our beloved pet. They understood the breed of dog we have and didn't feel threatened by his muzzle or appearance. We weren't discriminated against because we owned an intimidating looking dog because they knew that the breed is a loving family dog and not a killer as they are often betrayed.Amstaffs forever ❤️

Great advice very caring towards your pets and staff are very helpful wouldn't take my dog anywhere else

Extremely unhappy and upset. We took our kitten in this morning at 8.00am for her 3rd vacination. Casey Gordon administered the vacination. We then received a phone call about 2 1/2 hours later to be advised that Casey Gordon gave our kitten the wrong vacination. Our kitten was given a dog vacination. This is unacceptable and obviously no care was taken by Casey Gordon to ensure these sort of mistakes never happen! We will never come back to this surgery for anything and we advise others to go elsewhere to keep their animals safe.***One star was only put up to be able to post review.***No stars for this review!!!
