Went to purchase a burner wok assembly. Great customer service and detail explanation on which parts and products suits my needs.Recommend visiting the store and getting all the right parts you need .Postage is a bit high for smaller items but very cheap for large work assemblies .Their package deals provide excellent values and ease of choice.

I have had an AUSCROWN single Wok Burner to take camping now for over 13 years and it has been awesome! I decided to purchase the updated version with auto cut off if the flame goes out and it is a fantastic product! The whole purchasing process was made super easy by Shirley at Auscrown! Bought a burner from AustCrown two years ago. Working fine until recently when we started smelling gas while cooking. Rang Jenny, the sales & marketing manager, who asked us to bring the burner to their office for an inspection. A technician traced the gas leak to a faulty rubber seal on the regulator and fixed it on the spot - free of charge. You can't get a better service than that! Thank you, Jenny.

Don't even bother yourself with this dishonest company! They selling rubbish products And service. which is the worst ever. Provide customer faulty product. No joking They just left one screw hole for customer to assemble burner head.

Awesome wok burners from here. Very helpful customer service, even demonstrated a few different types of burners. I've now had it for over a year and still extremely happy with Rambo!! If you want to cook wok like a pro, come to these guys and get your equipment....you won't be sorry!
