Worst experience of my life.While trying to get my daughter back after being taken 10days ago i was trying to organise my business. Peter's add on gumtree was misleading and I thought i was renting a whole facility.Once he explained it was 1 studio after I paid, I then said oh sorry my mistake I must not have clarified due to my daughter being taken and dealing with lawyer's. He said well you have waisted my time, I've taken adds down which he hasn't and I'm keeping half of your money for compensation of time waisted.1st he didn't meet me at the facility he told me he was in QLD 2nd. The lease agreement he did was arranged as a standard text document ehich takes 5min.I paid before signing my mistake he happily took my money. No lease signed and due to me getting upset that he was keeping my money and really didn't care about my situation, my daughter he got upset that I was upset and he is now threatening to place an IVO on me for simply asking for my money back and stating he was unreasonable and unfair and a lier.He claimed all adds where taken down and due to 2 days of talking say 5min each time its worth taking $680 from me for inconveniences that didn't happen and now I am worse off I can't pay another deposit for a office space and my daughter is still gone. Thanks peter.

Yani has exceptional qualities as a teacher. She is patient yet firm, encouraging, professional, talented as a singer and and her warm personality makes any student and parent at ease. She has the ability to bring out a shy kid with no ability to sing into a confident shining star in just few lessons with techniques that is clearly explained and easy to follow . My daughter, Isabella loves Yani!. As a parent, I am impressed with the improvements my daughter has made in just few lessons and how confident she has become not just in her singing but her overall confidence.

Competent and caring teachers across the board! With the Vox method I'm not only learning new techniques and improving my voice in general, but also applying these new skills to actual songs right in class, with a mirror and a microphone.The studio itself is cosy and well-appointed, accommodates both individual and group vocal lessons. Comfy waiting space and inspirational posters of past students, too :)

Rients is a kind and gifted teacher. He really gets my tastes, abilities and challenges. He's able to identify a problem and find the right solution quickly, without making me feel stupid. It's almost spooky sometimes, like he is inside my head. I also love the way he records salient points from the lessons right onto my phone so I can practise at home. I really feel like I'm improving quickly and getting value for money. My only regret is that I waited so long!

I’ve had 6 sessions with Rients so far and I’m already seeing dramatic improvements in my voice, people who have heard me perform have all said the same thing. I cannot recommend him any more highly. He’s a super friendly guy and is a fantastic instructor! I will be continuing with Vox music academy longterm

Rients is a great teacher! helped me so much on my way to becoming a much more confident singer/musicianover this year he has mastered the Zoom Delay" and provides bang on instructions
