Very cold, morbid and dull atmosphere which is why I can't even give it 1 star for. Service was careless ie they seemed like they really don't care if you are there or not. I had the curried scallop potato and I honestly doubt I got 4 scallops. Curry was thick and gluggy.

Wait time ridiculous. Customers complaining in-store about waiting, no coleslaw. Worst Pratties ever! Sloppy, watery, tasteless spuds, identical to boiled turnips. Sour cream curdled. Paid for coleslaw, didn't receive. Overpriced rubbish.

I accept potato prices have gone up but when you get less for the price, I'm not happy. The only good thing about my meal this time was that it wasn't all mush and slop like other times!

I went to Praties Rosny Park for the first time and ordered a medium Cheese and Bacon Spud. The menu suggested it included sour cream and coleslaw which I wanted. I didn't ask and it wasn't offered, if that was required. I waited patiently for quite a while then realised others ordering after me were getting their potatoes and leaving. I enquired what was happening to mine as I had ordered it before these customers - the young man serving me asked the other staff who all looked blank, including the girl I gave the order to. He then proceeded to make up the order, handed it to me without an apology or explanation. When I arrived home the sour cream and slaw was missing, there was way too much bacon and overall extremely disappointing with the whole affair. I won't return to the Rosny store but will try another venue.

Hanging for a praties potato 12/9/22 (havent had one for months), but unfortunately the staff decided they wanted an early 10 minutes, despite the 'open' sign on the door, we were kicked out at 7:50pm.All good, we got Bill's Asian instead from bellerive, wicked feed, even better service.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The staff didn’t even listen when I ordered and left out two items, claiming he hadn’t heard me. And the owner was so rude and left me waiting for 10 minutes before asking if I was waiting for something and then spoke to me with utter disrespect. Was happy to reorder the items but disappointed in the lack of care and responsibility

i came in here today ordering a supreme with extra fill. i received a chunky, microwave tasting order. i tried to see what the potato was like and it tasted off and made me sick. i inquired as to why i received my order the way it was and they offered a replacement?? why would i want to replace an order that you’re going to use the same filling for?? the supervisor was mouthy and not willing to resolve the issue. if a mouldy, microwaved tasting potato with some form of sauce that’s chunky and bland sounds delicious to you, go to praties ROSNY! i’m a frequent customer at derwent park and they’re absolutely wonderful. i suggest you all there. it’s not praties food thats the issue. it’s the specific stores and their lippy management!

Absolutely terrible my order was messed up. The owner doesn’t take responsibility. After 3 phone calls blatantly today the owner basically expressed she didn’t care, I would not recommend this place anyone. I waited 4 days for this to be rectified but obviously that’s not a concern and it’s the consumers loss.

The two girls that served me, a younger girl with dark hair, and the slightly older girl with the pug tattoo where amazing…. Unfortunately the food didn’t match the service as it was very bland and felt over priced for quality and quantity I received
