Glitz & Glamour Nails

My elderly mother was looking forward to getting a manicure this morning with the voucher we had given her for Xmas.When asked what she wanted to have done by one of the workers, she said she would like to have her nails done and some polish. The girl then said, “but what do you want done?” Again, my mother said her nails, showing her her hands, but again the girl repeated angrily, “but do you want done?”Yes, my mother could have said a manicure, but with English being her second language, muffled voices through face masks and the TV blaring, she felt humiliated and walked out very upset. There is absolutely no place for anyone to be treated like that and it saddens me that in an industry where they should pride themselves on making their customers feel special, that they are just doing a “job”, regardless how they make people feel.DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

My nails have never fallen off here. I order a coffee from next door and relax In the comfy chairs. They do a quick yet thorough job. I'd recommend booking ahead because sometimes you'll end up waiting a long time if you don't

Watch out for the hidden fees - a near total of $200 for a pedicure and acrylics but price aside they are so rude to the customers, I’ve actually never experienced anything like it in my life and I’m from Sydney where everyone has an attitude !! Enter at your own risk.

I had a shellac colour done on my nails only, and it cost me $75. Also when they were filing my nails the lady was so quick and rough she sliced the top of my skin under my nail. She just giggled and kept going. I have never felt pain like that before in my life. It stung for 3 days afterwards but luckily didn’t get infected. Very expensive and the shellac began to chip less than 3 days later. I now have half chipped and half painted nails and I can’t remove the rest of the colour at home as it won’t budge. Very disappointed as I hardly pamper myself to get my nails done and it had been over 3 years since I last went to a salon. The fact they didn’t speak English didn’t bother me, however I did t appreciate having my hands slapped to indicate when to put it under the lights. I tried to show some friendly attitude by thanking them and smiling but never received the same treatment. Won’t be going back.

Amazing service and super friendly staff. Had a shellac pedicure, perfect nails and the pedicure massage was fantastic. I was in Bunbury for the weekend from Perth, so far had had a few unpleasant encounters with unfriendly staff at the hotel and at a shop, so coming across this place and their staff changed my day :) thank you!

I’m Absolutely blown away with how amazing Can has done my nails. I’ve come down from perth needing a refill and I was so nervous about trying someone new and she has absolutely blown me away with her attention to detail. I will go as far as saying that she has made me realise what quality I was missing with mine in perth. These are actually the best nails I’ve ever had- and they’re a refill!!! Thanks you Can ❤️

Worst Mani and Pedi ever!! I came down for a break from Perth and thought I would treat myself. Mistake. Old seat with parts sticking into my rear. I was even asked to scrape back the shellac on my own fingers whilst they were soaking off. She tore off a piece of cuticle on my toe instead of trimming it and filed down the sides. Very unprofessional and overpriced. Lesson learned!

If i could leave this place a 0 star review, I would. My experience was worse than horrible. The friend I went with just got shellac on her real nails, the lady said she could only get a round shape as her nails are short but her nails ended up being square. She also ended up with shellac all over her fingers as if a child had painted them.As for me, I wanted a full acrylic set with a design. Before starting I asked and showed the lady the design I wanted but I just wanted to add more colours, she nodded. I sat there choosing colours as she started on my nails. When finally finished choosing she proceeded to tell me she couldn't do any of the colours I had chosen and only had black, white, and red. I got super frustrated that she didn't let me know from the start, especially when she saw me sitting there choosing the different colours and I could see she had other colours. I ended up just going a base colour. One of my nails was so obviously crooked, I asked her to fix it 3 times before she angrily replied asking which side was crooked as it looked great to her. I was baffled that she couldn't tell. I was over it so I just wanted to leave, she charged me $70 for it all.I would NEVER go back and I would NEVER want someone to go through the same experience. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

My friend and I went in for manicures.My friend ask the lady if she could do a design and showed her pictures she said yes yes. She started and she was very rough with her hands as she was pulling them towards her aggressively along with filling her skin. The worker then said she could do something “similar” not the design she originally said yes to. She got to doing the colour and my friend wasn’t impressed but she thought trust the process. She was meant to get three colours blended together but instead it was 1 and half colours and she put it on with her finger instead of a tool? She was left with some colour moshed together and finger prints all over. The nail it’s self is massive on her fingers and looks disgusting. When she got to the payment she said this is not what I asked for and didn’t want to pay the worker got very aggressive and said she should have said something but she was too scared as they were aggressive they said to pay or she will take them off now! We offered to pay half of $85 for the time/wasted resources but they started yelling and refused so we ended up paying and leaving

Just went in there today for a pedicure with my mom before a hens party, it’s was the worst pedicure we both ever had in our life, a 5yrs old kid could’ve done better, really messy shellac on our toenails both of us. When we politely tell the lady to fix it, she became really rude and even not bothered about fixing it. Didn’t even cleaned up properly around the toenails to get the dirt out before started painting them. We should’ve done a bit of research before going in there. NOT RECOMMENDED !!!
