I was introduced to Greg and Fiona after I had faced several hurdles with a previous mortgage broker who ultimately threw her hands in the air and told me there was nothing more she could do to help me. The issues I was facing were: land was zoned primary production, I was a single woman on one income, the dwelling on the property was not council approved, the valuation of the property came in lower than the asking price.... and apart from all of that .... I had absolutely no idea what I was doing! However, I was so determined and couldn't imagine not buying this property - it was exactly what I wanted and I did what everybody says not too - I was very emotionally attached. My Real Estate agent, who had been with me from the beginning of me trying to purchase this property, saw my heartbreak and sense of defeat - he handed me Greg's phone number and said 'give these guys a go, i've been told he is really good'. That is exactly what I did. Unfortunately for Greg and Fiona, that phone call came a couple of days before Christmas. This did not stop them from getting straight to work and becoming just as passionate as I was to see my dreams come true. Needless to say they both worked tirelessly and seamlessly. I was confident I was in the right hands - finally. No matter what issues arose, they never made me feel like it was not going to happen. Two months later I picked up the keys to my new home. It was the proudest and happiest day of my life (apart from the birth of my children of course ) . I cannot thank Greg and Fiona enough for help making my dreams come true. I honestly believe that without there expertise and knowledge in the business it would not have happened for me.
