Took my Audi Q5 to the Alto Artarmon Panel shop 26th Oct 2017 (if this is not the same shop that repaired my Q5 then my apologies please advice and I would gladly removed this review).It this is part of the Alto Artarmon Panel Shop then it it was the worst service I had ever experienced in the last 33 years of driving and repairs done for my family. They never answer their phone and took a long time to ever get back to you even after you left messages) and extremely poor job done.My car came back looking like a Zebra" because of the old paint and new paint contrast as all they did was took out the damaged panels spray that but none on the adjacent adjacent panels as what a Normal job would have to be done. Was told by the manager that my insurer (Allianz) did not allow for the "blending of colour" of adjacent panels and that is how it is going to be and offered to "polish and buff" the adjacent panels only. Thought to myself that did not sound right from past repairs done elsewhere so I rang and check with my insurer and found that Allianz did pay more than $7

Took my car there THREE WEEKS AGO for an insurance repair... my insurance company has still not received the quote to date despite me calling once a week following it up. Called there this afternoon to be told that THEY HAVE NO RECORD of it in their system. Completely unimpressed by the way they have handled this considering this is a BRAND NEW CAR purchased from Alto!!!!

Took my car to smash repair at Alto body shop, they told me the car will be done within 2 weeks, is been almost 4 weeks, they only told me almost done, whenever I called them, they always tell me repairer are busy and they will call me back within a day which they never did, ALL THE TIME! The only 2 times they called me was telling me to drop off my car late because their workshop is overflowed and other called regard they have to push the pick up day one week later, really bad service, def. not gonna repair my car there!
