Have been going here for years and their food is lovely however today 15/02/23 at 4 .30 the girl was so rude . I thought she was mute . I will think twice about going back .

Whoever is making the pie mince now its nothing like it used to be. It's gluggy and thick . Not the same anymore , I have always enjoyed my potato pie cause the mince meat was lovely. Not anymore

This is the best place to be when it comes to cakes for me.I usually order custom cakes and no wonder they come out exactly how I want them to be.The last time I didn't like the texture as much so I went back to give my feedback.The head office was quick to respond and asked for a sample of the cake which I supplied.But later got a call from them offering a full refund. I wasn't honestly expecting that since they must've invested time and money in creating that and also it wasn't very bad. I am completely taken by surprise and the whole process left me being a returning customer now.I really appreciate their keenness to improve their own process while also making customers happy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)

Vanilla slice and custard tart are old stock. Selling older stock and blaming supplier but I beleive they are left in the window too long and then selling to customers. Same with the fresh cakes. Receive from supplier then sitting in window for days. Not fresh at all. People do notice! Happened more than once so I'm not buying again. Disappointing as they are expensive. You won't get what you pay for here. Better to support non franchised bakery.

Coffee tastes very fresh and tasty, donuts will be a fresh and fluffy.. Highly recommended

Whoa..!! I'm impressed to see that the dealing of owner as well as staff towards each customer very friendly & polite. VERY CLEAN PLACE TO SIT cakes and pie's had very delicious coffee was perfect in taste....!!!

Very unfriendly staff.Vanilla slice was very bad.Tall woman with black hear made one cappuccino for me today afternoon.She made cappuccino from the rest of somebody's coffee.Coffee was not freshly grounded.

Cakes never taste fresh . Worst Ferguson plarre I’ve been to. I would not recommend northland store.It’s actually turned me off buying cakes from any Fergusons
