I have just recently started going here and i am extremely happy to have chosen Penrith Laser Clinic for my beauty services. I have had 2 appointment so far and the experiences has been amazing. First appointment was facial and second was laser. i have now walked out and booked another facial appointment and 10 more lasers. THANK YOU SARAH for making me feel amazing and comfortable.

I’ve been getting my Botox here for some time now, always seen Nikea me and my husband, today I took our niece here for her fillers and my goodness this woman is the quintessential professions. So gracious, so caring and so amazing at what she does. We are all blessed to have people like this in this profession.

Brieh provides excellent customer service. I changed all my bookings to go on days that she works. It's the little things that Brieh pays attention to that make the difference, she is great at what she does :)

I had been using this clinic for over a year with absolutely no problems at all until September 2022. Their staff made me feel like a liar and dirty after refusing to laser my leg hair accusing me of using fake tan which I have not for months. Although they refused to service my legs they had no issue to continue to service to my underarms and Brazilian the same day. After feeling extremely embarrassed after they then spoke of the issue in front of the whole waiting room I went to my car and cried. The next morning I called to complain the incident to the manager who was unavailable at the time and was told to instead Make a complain online". While I understand their duty of care

Feels like the supermarket of skin therapies. Staff are young and service is average at best. I’ve had microdermabrasion there a few times however getting them to phone me back when I have called the office is difficult if impossible. Would not pay for a more extensive treatment as I wouldn’t trust their service at all. Feels like you are not their priority as a customer and they are all waiting for their lunch break. Additionally the clinical atmosphere and glaring lighting is borderline unpleasant. Wouldn’t really recommend.

I have been to LCA Penrith many times. How ever the last 2 visits were really special to me .A big thanks to SARAH who made me feel special.She was extremely welcoming , caring and at the same time highly professional. Thankyou once again Sarah.

I recently got my second lot of lip fillers done here by Ann and I couldn’t be happier! She is so professional and welcoming and is so informative about the entire process! On my first visit I had a consultation with her and she made me feel very comfortable and not forced at all she listened to all my concerns and spoke with me in depth about them before I decided to continue and get the filler! I couldn’t be more pleased with her service, if you want someone who is friendly, knowledgeable and does an amazing job I definitely recommend Ann!

I had the best customer service from Nikki yesterday. I was getting a laser treatment which I had neglected for sometime. Nikki walked me through the process, made me feel extremely comfortable and provided exceptional customer service. There was genuine care throughout the service which was highly appreciated - I didn’t feel like ‘just another customer’.I highly recommend Nikki & Laser Clinic Australia Penrith. I will never visit this Practice ever Again. To try to enhance my appearance and got the reverse effect.So disappointed With the injections and theBruising and the eyelids over flapping the eyes because of somebody put too much injections in the forehead this is just not what should happen. with a week review I went in there and they said all you need eyebrow lift that will fix it normally when you go in there you’ve got a cut a phone conference with the doctor this never happened get me in and get me out to the eyebrow brow lift in. I went in there thinking I was there look better kind of a freaking worst. Laser clinic should be ashamed yourself don’t ever ever go to laser clinic in Westfield Penrith
