AAPL Air Conditioning

Bought a house which needed some repairs to the ducting in the roof and also service the evaporative cooler. The contractor did replace some of the ducting then used a heap of tape to repair the rest of the damaged ducting. The service was less than satisfying as it was just a hose out of the roof top system. Six weeks later I had another company check an overflow issue only to find that the pads were in a dirty and damaged state . One of them almost folded in half. Was said by new company that they have never seen them that bad before. The new company informed me of where to buy the pads at a greatly reduced cost and how to install them and service my own system. No more $1500 bills

A terrific experience from start to finish with refreshingly pro-active communication at all stages, which is quite rare these days. At the initial on site meeting, Nick thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each option to find the best fit for our budget and performance expectations. We agreed on an option, price and a timeline and the team called a couple of times in the weeks leading up to confirm everything was still on track for installation and explained what I should expect on the day. The installation team turned up on time, were courteous, cheerful, professional and to Nikki's delight, they tidied up after themselves. I then received a follow up call from Nick on the day to make sure I was happy with the team and then another one a week later to make sure I was happy with the system and reminded me again to register the IZone. Post note: We just went through one of the hottest Christmas' for years and we entertained 20 people for 3 days and the main complaint was that it was too cold :-). We're stoked. Thanks team AAPL.
