All staff are always lovely - from when you enter reception, to the dental nurses and dentists. Non judgmental, caring and informative. I would recommend this dental surgery to others in a heartbeat, in particular I've found Dr Rizvi Mahamud to be outstanding

I generally hate going to the dentist except when it's to see Dr Rizvi at Pacific Smiles Dentist North Lakes. I can't recommend them highly enough. Beautiful surgery, excellent staff. They take great care of my teeth.

Always helpful and kind staff,dr rizvi is always friendly and good at his job I’ve been going to him for years,and I never feel any pain with getting a tooth out or fillings his reassuring and always ask if I’m ok during the procedures.

I remember coming here years ago, and having a very pleasant time. I enjoyed the decor while waiting, and the large horizontal couch is both aesthetically pleasing and convenient for waiting. I really enjoyed seeing the same doctor for a few years, the people who worked on my teeth were really sweet. Please come here if you have a tooth you need to clean or something more serious ♡ :)

I had brought my daughter to your clinic to have her baby tooth removed because her adult tooth has grown out. and unfortunately, the dentist who attended to us was dismissive and unprofessional.To my surprise, the dentist refused to remove my daughter's tooth because she lacked confidence in her ability to comfort her during the procedure. As a professional dentist, I would have expected her to provide suggestions or seek senior assistance, but she offered no solution. This left my daughter feeling very anxious, upset and resulted in us leaving your clinic with worries and sorrows.I am extremely disappointed that your clinic has failed to meet basic standards of professionalism and patient care. It is unacceptable for a dentist to dismiss a patient's needs without offering any assistance or alternatives.As a concerned parent and a professional in the dental field, I cannot recommend your clinic to anyone with confidence.

Everyone at Pacific Smiles North Lakes are always friendly, from the ladies out front and all the dentists.Expert quality and caring nature makes you feel at ease.Our kids have had all their dental work done here over the years and we couldn't be happier.Absolute best dental ever.
