My Marantz SR8015 arrived yesterday and has been up and running for almost 24 hours. The audio and video quality from this unit is absolutely amazing. I am extremely pleased with the purchase. Thanks to Vaughan and the team for making this experience exceptional from start to finish. Although there were some supply chain issues that delayed the arrival, Vaughan worked tirelessly with the supplier to source me a unit as soon as he could and kept me informed throughout the process. Such fantastic knowledge and service.No hard sell, just good information and professionalism.I visited 3 times to chose a new and upgraded turntable. They had a good stock range and were able to advise me over a range of items and price points.I came away feeling I had been listened to and directed towards a small number of items that best fitted my criteria.On top of this they invited me to bring in the old turntable to check out. I was looking for a replacement amplifier and asked for some advice over the phone and booked an appointment to go in and listen to some recommended amps and speakers. The showroom comprised of several listening rooms and Nathan looked after us for a total of 2 hours! Nathan demonstrated 2 Denon amplifiers, one dedicated to audio and the other had some AV functions. The Denon PMA-900HNE had superior sound and was an easy choice. Speakers were more difficult to choose but after trying 5 pairs we settled for Richter Series 6 floor standing speakers. At no time did Nathan try hard sell techniques and was great at educating us on the various pros and cons of each option. In the end we felt we made our own choices and were simply guided towards the most suitable options.Thoroughly recommend these guys, they know what they are talking about and you’ll end up with the right product for your needs.
