Had the worst experience here. I was going in to just browse at bags and was approached by staff member Lisa and it was implied I shouldn’t be looking as I “couldn’t afford” the bag I had picked up. This is the most awful customer service experience I have ever had. Unprovoked and such a rude interaction, I will never shop at mimco again.

The staff were so helpful, showing me all the stock. The displays wete set up , that all stock was highlighted. Unfortunately this time there wasn't exactly what I need.

I used to shop here a lot but today I have been waiting for someone at the counter but no one was attending. Waited again for about 5 minutes till i saw a Mimco staff but just ignored me until i made known that i’m there, waiting, but was told to wait. No customers around, the place was not busy. I don’t understand. I left.
