The staff behind the counter are ALWAYS lovely, smiley and welcoming. Such a great team! Always happy to help! They make my double shot dirty chai, extra hot perfectly. Food is always exceptional. Not to mention, quick as well! These guys need a pay rise.

Just had lunch there as I like their food, however 2 bits of chicken and the rest was coleslaw and rocket leaves, so disappointing, if I went back I'll be watching more closely what they are putting in, especially for the price, feeling ripped off☹️

Bad attitude and stale food. Also got food poisoning from them a few months back. Flies all over their food and they do nothing about it . Yuck!!

What a great experience today watching Australia get Gold at the Olympics on the big screen outside Soul Origin. Their friendly service and great coffee made today a great day. Thank you.

One morning got myself a banana bread and coffee. Later on getting couple of bites out of my banana bread, I realized its moldy, so I went back. Asked if I can get a ham & cheese croissant instead, still had to pay price difference which wasn't much, but still, no good.

Here's a thought , if you allow your staff to travel to and from work in uniform ... maybe encourage them not to sit in the disabled seats on the bus, poor advertising ( No 9 Bus from Cas 0725 departure )
