Do not use this business. Matt gets workers and fails to pay them always with an excuse that customer won't pay blah blah blah. He has owed my company $600 for work performed on his orders and 3 months later still no money and has now threatened my life . He intentionally rips people off with highly inflated prices and prays on elderly clients. He should not be allowed to operate.Edit, no don't know Vicki but you did ask me to go to a blind man's house in cooloongup and rip him off, your words a with new sprinkler (screenshot), troll you know I worked for you and you didn't pay me. You also knew that I am a father of 7 you should be ashamed of yourself. BEWARE OF THIS CROOK.....

Called Matt the day prior, he arrived promptly the next day and repaired and reprogramed my retic. Highly recommend using him. Thanks Matt awesome.

I do NOT recommend this company at all. Not only was i ripped off, my retic wasn’t fixed correctly. After admitting he was broke, he would only take CASH & wouldn’t issue a receipt at all. When I contacted him the next day, he wanted more money to come out & fix it AGAIN. It was a public holiday so I said I’d wait until Tuesday & id contact him Monday to remind him. When I did that he responded “did I say I was coming tomorrow?”This company doesn’t honour their work, and he actually had to loan a saw off me, to do the work. I’m so disappointed in this company, and will be making sure none of my friends of family use them, EVER.There is no need to respond to this review as you will just say I’m lying.I really should have read the reviews here first & also the ones on Facebook.Use this company at your own risk!!!

Was having issues with my sprinkler system not operating properly and couldn’t find the issue myself so got in touch with Rockingham Retic to have some “professionals” look into the problem.After coming to check it out after 10 mins they diagnosed it was the bore pump and it needed to be replaced. Got them in to replace it the following Monday and said to wait a day to test so the glue dries. When I was home next I tested the system and literally no change. A very expensive job for them not to fix the issue they said it was. Once contacted they go on to say it’ll be a new job and it’ll cost extra to fix the job they should’ve repaired to begin with. I would not trust this company to repair any retic issues and just seems like a huge money grabbing plot.Got someone reliable to fix the problem in 5 minutes. HORRIBLE SERVICE.Only does cash or bank transfer to which is dodgy.

Matt and his partner did a great job. Good value - lowest of 3 quotes received. Reticulation installed in front and back yards in lawn areas and garden beds. Matt is knowledgeable and I'm very happy with the quality installation

Company appears to be extremely busy, so be patient if a larger job is required (sms /email was the best method of communications). We had retic extended to the rear of the property. Professional install with quality components - installers returned the garden to its original state after the install. No rubbish was left behind. Would recommend.

Late call on a Sunday but no issue for Matt, came out the next day and fixed my Reticulation problem without issue. Quick and easy no hassle and a great rate. I would recommend this business to all. Thanks Matt
