Chemist Warehouse Glenferrie Rd Hawthorn

I very rarely have an experience so good that I go to write a review. Went into the store and was served within two minutes at most. I explained I get claustrophobia and wanted to wait outside and ill come back in later. The staff went above and beyond and came outside the store to tell me my scripts where ready, then returning into the store the chemist was extremely friendly and non judgemental when explaining medication etc. To top it off i accidentally spilt a small amount of my drink on the floor and had a bit of a panic and the chemist was more concerned about making sure I felt okay then the mess on the floor. Really ten out of ten service especially if you have anxiety issues. By far the best treatment staff wise that I have had at any of this chains stores.

The cashier is terrible!! The manager have to do basic training on customer service not trying to make look bad in front of everyone. I got humiliated! My privacy is breach as you need to open my bank account publicly and show you the transaction. I only asked a simple question but become a scene. Customer (at least on my end) doesn't care whose at fault as long as the problem is solve. Suggestion: If you have a bad situation such as card payment is not working, please let customer know first before it happen. I will give grace and understanding if i know your payment machine is not working since morning!

Sick of dealing with rude female pharmacists that chemist warehouse employs. Yet another one at this particular store.

Paid for an item which had a ticketed price indicating 1/2 price. when I paid at the counter I got charged the full price instead.When I questioned the checkout person (after paying) he advised that the tickets go up the day before the actual sale.. this is grossly misleading the public and had I known I was to pay full price, I would have purchased a different product.Poor form and practice on their end and complete laziness to display tickets a day before the actual sale starts.

Unlike one of their local competitors the pharmacists here are courteous and seem knowledgeable. They wear their masks in a competent fashion. Also unlike one of their local competitors the ordering system works reliably.

From every visit I’ve had Staff have been friendly and helpful. It’s always easier to ask where things are and staff have always been available to assist.Shelves are well stocked and almost never empty. Seems to have a very good system to ensure shelves are replenished immediately.Product range is just like any other Chemist Warehouse with prescriptions always available.Lots of parking available behind.

Staffs are terrible here. I got a cold look front the blonde girl that the check out counter for the stuff that I buy. It is really non of your business. Staff here have an attitude towards non-Caucasian people. Very poor quality of service here. The pharmacists are a lot better and friendly with his advice with the medicine.

Very mad, we paid with a 50 for a $10 bill and for change got one good bill and one like this. We tried to go back but it was already closed

It is a cramped store, like all Chemist Warehouses, but this is somewhat uncomfortable.There is a rear door that opens between the car park, and immediately opens near the pharmacist and a cash register. So if you want to drop off scripts and wait in your car, then it can be convenient.They stock all the common products, but the cramped space makes it hard to browse. Advise click and collect, or visit during off peak periods.
