We had the best experience possible. Gabriel and Luiz Gustavo moved our house for us and they did the most amazing job. They were quick and efficient and made sure all of our belongings were taken care of. Their communication the whole way through was impeccable and we definitely couldn’t recommend them enough. We have already told all of our friends to ensure they use ELP for all of their future moves.

Nicolas and Eduardo did an awesome job. They were very efficient and took care packing and moving everything, I was impressed how well they did taking huge items down my difficult staircase. Marcelo and Isadora followed the real estate’s final inspection checklist to a T ensuring our bond refund, which gave us great peace of mind. They communicated to me the progress of the cleaning service from start to finish and sent me photos of the house in a sparkling condition at the end! It's always nerve wracking booking a removalist... So I'll leave a legitimate, honest review for any others shopping around. Never used these guys before but they were close and competitively priced. All communication beforehand was spot on. The 2 guys on the day (15/5) were efficient, friendly, professional and careful with our belongings.They helped us to move a small load to our shopfront in another suburb as well as the huge load to the new house.Highly recommend ELP and the crew!

ELP Movers provided a vacate clean at our villa unit. They were friendly, listened to our needs, and completed the job to a very high standard. Not cheap but a thorough clean.A change to the starting time was not communicated until queried. Would use then again and will recommend them.

We all know that moving houses is a very stressful situation. And let's be honest, moving here in Melbourne can be a nightmare. But it doesn't have to be that way, and it certainly isn't with ELP movers!I booked with them with 3 weeks in advance and paid a small deposit fee. ELP staff was great, even communicating a day before the date to confirm everything with me once more.On the day, Michael and Nicholas were fantastic. They kept a steady pace, were very professional and polite, taking care of our furniture and the building installations. It was my first time using this company and I can say it was the smoothest move ever. A pal came to help me out and was impressed by how well everything went with them. Can't recommend enough. Today ELP Movers did my moving and I can't thank them enough! Gabriel and Luis was very professionalp in all the details! I had big stuff like TV and small ones like photo frames and they wrap everything very careful! I felt that they treated my stuff like their personal belongs! Was amazing!Also I was very impressed with ELP truck! Was very spacious and my furniture was not squeezed inside the trunk! Everything was very safe from my old place to the new one! And as soon as we arrived at the new place, again, the boys put everything in place: beds, mattresses, kitchen stuff....Highly recommend ELP Movers services! I've just moved places with Sandro and Victor and their service has been very excellent. My belongings were already packed so they promptly placed my things in the truck. The dropoff was very smooth and they placed all the items in my apartment without any issue.
