I took my scrap gold to the store 18 ct and 9 ct , the gold was tested in the back room not in front of me and the 18 ct piece turned into 9 ct I know that I was ripped off and I strongly suggest that you don't do business at the shop

Perfectly friendly, helpful, wonderful lady's who's knowledge was exceedingly useful. I bought a sander. I also received a little care pack, having recently been made redundant, I felt incredibly uplifted and to top it off, they also gave me a discount.
