I am very happy with my Roadie ebike I purchased at Gladstone Bycicle Centre.The people there were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the folding meganism when we had left the Gladstone area and were on our way to Sydney. After speaking with Kurt from Rilu he advised me to go to Everybody ebikes in Lutwych who were very helpful and eventhough they were very busy, they helped us out quickly.The bike is great and I use it every day.

Rilu e-Bikes went above & beyond to give me a standard of service that’s rare to find. With lockdowns & my finances up in the air the warehouse was empty but they held onto the bike for several months so I could make the payment in full as soon as I was given the approval. I was taken through each step & given a large amount of knowledge about every aspect of the bike for the beginner days & future years. It was delivered to my home & I couldn’t speak any higher of the Gentleman/Owner & team at Rilu-e bike’s. If you like a bit of good old fashioned service & an e-Bike that is a beast to ride, I highly recommend Rilu e-Bikes & specifically the Bolt brand. So travel as little or long as you need to & check this place out.

The current Onyx model is absolutely amazing. My commute back home has been considerably faster and I really like how the wheels help me go off road or be just as comfortable on road. It's just an absolute joy to ride. The Rilu team have been very caring and thoughtful when dealing some minor fixing I needed done. Very satisfied with the bike and also service from Rilu.

I have had my e glider bike for just over 12 months and have enjoyed riding some 3000 + klms.i had a couple of adjustments made under warranty and Kurt has been extremely helpful and polite towards me.I have a medical condition but this bike enables me to get out of the house and get some fresh air. I love this bike enormously for what benefits I get.Easy and comfortable to ride.I live in Echuca and highly recommend the Rilu e-bike especially for elderly people like me. Thanks Greg Forrest

Rilu e bikes are the biggest Chinese Australian con. They break down as soon as you get em. You only get em fixed by making major corprate complaints and that is it. I've owned 2 other e bikes and never had a problem. They are designed to break

We did quite a bit of research into ebikes and found so many types that come in many different sizes and prices. As it was going to be our first ebike, we didn’t want to spend too much and was looking for something reasonably good and economical. We have found the Rilu bikes to offer the best value for money as it was at a reasonable price point and the customer support was great! Kurt and Alex are excellent in their knowledge on the bikes and were very helpful. Kurt gave us many tips to put us on the right track in terms of understanding the bike operations and other riding considerations (e.g. maintenance, speed adjustment, insurance). Purchased my Onyx e-bike from the Pedal Shed in Clifton Springs and could not be happier. Have had quite a few decent rides into Geelong and around the Bellarine which have been thoroughly enjoyable with no issues whatsoever. Haven't had a puncture yet but am well prepared thanks to the support from the Pedal Shed. Very impressed with RILU and their dealer network. Could not be better.

I love my bike, riding it in the morning with my dog is the best part of my day. It goes up to 30ks with ease and gets me up those tricky hills. Customer service is wonderful and I am proud to have an Australian bike. I tow my two kids on the back in a trailer and life can’t get any better.
