Stan & Jake weren’t wrong when they said it’s the best gym in Penrith, in my opinion. It’s the best gym In Sydney !!The staff is very welcoming & the atmosphere within the gym is un-real.

I’ve been to gyms all over NSW and this is easily the best gym I’ve ever been to. It truly is built by people for people you’re never made to feel like a number here. From the lighting, equipment, staff and atmosphere this a one of kind gym with plenty of muscle and alot of heart. Well done to the team they’ve excelled at giving everyone a chance to take their body beyond.

Signed myself and my youngest daughter up. The guys were so supportive and welcoming of her and wanting her to feeling safe and to know they are always available. BBHC just felt like an awesome space with such experience to help anyone that wants to better themselves.

this is raw talk, love the boys and what they’ve created but giving 5 stars is perfection and there’s always ways to be better, I havnt been to many gyms, but to compare from the ones I have been too, this would be the 2nd best gym in Penrith imo. when it comes to equipment and mirrors and lighting. nowhere compares but overall there’s still work to be done. Imma still go to BBHC to support the lads.

The best gym I have ever been to.The staff make you feel like part of the family at this gym never had that before. It's a great place and a great atmosphere. 100% do recommend sing up. Not many gyms have a sub store there as well. They boys in the sup side there help you out with your dite and training as well. There no gym like this <3
