The staff were so friendly and helpful, they helped with getting my father the perfect recliner, he absolutely loves it, thank you.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICESI come and purchase a walker for my mum as gifts was hoping that i come to specialised shop at their Wentworthville branch. I was sold to a foldable Rollator walker that fold small. When my mum use the walker it fell head first when it go up a little bump or curb on the road. When to the shop explain the situration , he explain the bag never meant to place heavy stuff , so a huge bag for keys?? the whole things is wrong.Well let just say in the end he politely ask me to leave , cos he could not solve my problem, and he threaten to call the police. This people call themself specialist , you would have thought they test their product.....well think again....My summary is this , when you try to buy from a brick and mortar shop, they end up no better then ebay shop. Better off close all your shop at least you don't have to hire those soon to be retire personnel who don't understand customer care.

EXCELLENT SERVICEHaving great, friendly, and honest customer service these day is hard to come by. I have a sister with Downs Syndrome and finding the right bed, and wheelchair was getting difficult for me and the team at Wentworthville made my trip to Wentworthville so worth it. I got an excellent OT officer named Michael Portelli who not only was professional he was so patient and spent time showing me the power-glide and how it could benefit me and my sister more than the other electric wheelchairs, and also helping valuate the electric bed for my sister and the way she has to go in and out of the bed help me understand the OT side of and I am SO appreciative of that, Thank you Michael. Also to Jess Marriott and Ebru Domayci thank you so much for your genuine, friendly customer service you were so patient with my sister who wasn't cooperative with you in the beginning but you made it fun for her and she felt so welcomed with your friendliness and genuine care. Thank you so much ILS you have a great team and you should be proud of them.

Wife and I came in always great service prior this time young woman told her what I wanted for disabled wife she sat down put headphones on and ignored us no one else there took upset wife home went back hoping another there to buy items again she would not look up or even speak not only loss of customer but loss of monetary purchase wife disabilities from brain tumour young woman should not work at ils where empathy should be priority wife does not now have what we needed to make her life little easier

We were looking for a Medela product and Kerry Osborne assisted us in getting it quickly.Great place to hire medical / home care equipment.

Main phone lines disgusting waited 2 hours 3 rd in the queue still didnt get thru. They sent out the wrong part still waiting two weeks later for tge right one. Very badly run and too disorganised.

Jess at ILS Wentworthville helped us to purchase a soft seat cover and other products for my father. We were so happy to find someone like Jess who honestly cares to give us such good advice about what to purchase: so lucky we found her to solve everything.
