I love the store because of its beautiful clothes and accessories. However, yesterday I had an unpleasant encounter with the woman at the counter when I was buying three items of jewellery as a present. I asked her to remove the price tags as they were gifts. After she did that I asked if I can have a gift receipt in case my friend wanted to exchange the gifts for something else. Her response was unprofessional and rude. She said because you made me do it" I can't give you a gift receipt. I didn't make a scene but I found her to be rude and unprofessional. Firstly
