By far the best real estate we’ve ever rented from! Maire and Ivo are very lovely, professional and caring. Their communication is excellent and they were always quick to fix any issues within the property. We’ve since moved out after a few years in their property and I’m left wishing every Real Estate could be as wonderful as they were. Thank you both!

Awesome people to deal with

We have been renting a two story house in logan central through these guys, they are absolutely disgusting in the way they treat there tenants!January 2020 we complained (let the realestate know rather) about water running down the driveway and under the wall into downstairs, ofcourse the issue was ignored, even after many emails were sent trying to fix this issue, a year later we complained about mould growing downstairs, nothing was done until we put a remedy breach in, mold inspector come out and advised me he has been persued into what to say and end results, he send me the report on the side as he was disgusted in how the realestate was trying to hide it.Still nothing is being done except we are being evicted so they don't have to do it but move someone else in

As a tenant, Ivo and Maire have been the best and easiest property managers to deal with by far. Rented a property for 8yrs and we were sad we had to move on after the place was sold. Great communication, never had an issue. Always professional and friendly. Check them out if you are after a rental on the GC.

We have been renting for the past 3 years at burleigh waters from Ivo and Maire.Nothing but good communication and experience, during covid we were impacted heavily, Ivo and Maire supported us through this, advocated for us and within 1 week we had a heavily reduced rent throughout covid for 3 months, with a new born baby this was a huge help for us.The owners decided to renovate recently and decided to not go ahead with renewing our lease, ivo and maire advocated for us to give us as much time as possible to find a new place and gave us 1 month ontop of our lease end date to find a place. Thankfully we found one much quicker then we thought, as a matter of fact we found one for an immediate move in date, ivo and maire spoke to the landlords and yet again advocated for us and proceeded to give us a 2 week break lease without the break lease headache, they have been very compassionate throughout our time is Tennant and very reasonable for each request, timely and communication has been amazing and most importantly allowed us to have privacy and our own space, they allowed us to do some minor renovations as well with regards to the backyard which we put back at the end of lease.Nothing but positive experiences with this small realty agency and I'm pretty sure family run as well.Thanks guys for being amazing real estate agents.:)Joe, Mel, Zion and Kiwa.
