Wonderful experience - Karen was very friendly, helpful, and accomodating. We had a large group attending and there were some booking changes that needed to be made ahead of time and on the day, Karen was very flexible and was able to make sure the equipment was available on the day even when there was a change in plans for our group. We were able to take our dog on board as well which made the experience so very enjoyable. Highly recommended group activity and lots of different water activities available. We will definitely be returning customers.

Went and had a standup paddle board lesson yesterday. It was my first time , so a little nervous. I arrived early and to my delight a coffee van there as well. Every one was warm and welcoming. The lovely Karen greeted me and had me out on the water coaching me on the basics… Before I knew it I was up and stayed up. Karen was supportive encouraging and a laugh . Highly recommend this place. Had a fabulous time

Loved the Chilli Boat! Coffee was tasty and reasonably priced. Great range of Kayaks and floating devices. Having a Barista with snacks on site came in handy too.

Spectacular location. Friendly service. Big range of hire equipment. We went kayaking along the mangroves and saw a variety of animals (jumping fish, crabs, birds). There’s also the option to kayak in the other direction to explore the fancy houses. A wonderful experience we highly recommend.

What a great experience! With some downtime from our busy retail shop we headed to the water for a relaxing day of fun! An added bonus we got to enjoy a fabulous barista made coffee & were able to watch whales frolic in the water nearby. AMAZING experience all round! Thanks Karen, you’re the perfect host! Kylie x

My husband and I hired a chillboat water bike and really enjoyed the experience. Ash and Karen were friendly and welcoming and I highly recommend Bay Island Water Sports!

Staff were wonderfully friendly and accommodating. They really made our experience feel even more amazing. We loved the boat bikes. If we come back to Brisbane, we'll be back here hiring again. Keep it up, everyone!
