A negative and unwelcoming experience. I felt my psychologist didn't really set the tone or direction for the session and seemed reluctant to offer his advice and experience. I was made to feel like my perceptions and feelings were unjustified and foolish. There was a lot of focus on me reflecting on my thoughts, but no strategies offered to deal with my situation.
