Absolutely shocking communication, I’ve never experienced anything like it. I was speaking with one consultant, who abruptly ceased communication out of nowhere. I figured he was on leave, so to help solve my issue, I contacted the wider team, none of whom bothered to take the time to so much as acknowledge me.Even the person who originally referred me to ARUP was absolutely appalled by the awful communication. I would never recommend ARUP to anyone.
