Really kind staff :) Went in yesterday and got my watch battery replaced super quickly!

Great experience, took my boots in to get their heels replaced and picked them up the next day. The cost was $35 and they will last another year! Super happy.

I have been always coming here to get my shoes fix , and keys done , and they are always so attentive and helpful. Today I was passing by and check kindly if they could attach the tag ring in my pets collar as I have engraved it with them while ago , and they did it without charging , I appreciate the way they treat customers and they are also fast to get things done. I highly recommend it 10 starts ❤️

I am not one to leave reviews however the experience I received this morning was appalling. I was waiting at 9.30am to get a new battery for my car key. An Asian person opened the store and he clearly does not want to be there, he seemed to be in a bad mood throwing things on the counter. I asked for him to change my battery and asked for one extra battery for my spare key at home, I will change myself. He said he won’t be showing me how to do it, I said that’s ok I can google it I’ve done it before. Can I just get this one changed then. He said that he is not responsible for any damage done changing the battery. I asked was he having a bad day.. I left without getting my battery changed or a spare.

Took a pair of shoes to so many places and was told they couldn’t be repaired.Came to mister minute and they were fixed on the same day! Sooooo happy!

Guy is an absolute legend. Had a problem with my watch and he fixed it straight away really quickly. Can't recommend him more

Unsure of how the staff managed this - deep glass indents from a simple watch battery replacement. I have taken extreme care in avoiding scratches to this watch and now have permanent damage to it.

Replaced the battery in my watch but the watch was actually faulty.Gave me a refund on the cost of the battery.Very impressed with the honesty.
