We missed the information that payment was needed before lodging. Every other accountant we have ever used takes the fee out of the return.That was almost 3 MONTHS AGO. We were wondering where our money was, naturally.Where is the quality control in this office that follows up with clients???Even more disappointing was the response I got when I dare ask that question.I got laughed at by the woman who I was talking to.
