I would have thought scooter experts would know about scooter tyres and tubes. Unfortunately, they don't know how to read the tyre size on the side of the tyres. Original tyre of 50-134 (134 is the inner diameter ) compared to the 50-139 they sold me is not the replacement tyre, when i showed them they looked at tyres on top of each other and said they were the same inner size....lol Also got the tubes wrong sizes too.After fitting tyre, wondering why it was bumpy, A few hours of stuffing around and researching online and i had found the problem! Still scratching my head as to how they didn't know this.

Went to Scooteroo today to upgrade my software and change rear tube tier on my electric scooter. The older guy that wasn’t serving me, I was being served by a younger gentleman who was so helpful!! Comes up and says the job is going to take a minimum of 3 hours because it’s a big job! I found him to be arrogant disrespectful and money hungry!! I walked out disgusted!! You try to support local businesses but found this business unsupportive to locals!!

GTS Max sold buy Scooteroo in Vic Park Perth. Both the pre and post sale service by them has been amazing. I’m commuting 150kms a week and love every moment of it.

pretty big store with plenty of space, but it doesn't feel like they stock much - although there is quite a variety of popular models. i think there is also some used scooters that they have for sale. and they also have some electric bikes in store - they said they only have the ones they believe will sell well (some good brands were in store then). staff who served us was really very friendly and extremely helpful.

4 days ago we purchased a scooter through yr shop. .BIG MISTAKE. YR LOYALTY WAS IN RIPPING SOME ONE OFF TO MAKE MONEY NOT DISCLOSING AND BEEN HONEST THAT THE SCOOTER WAS NOT LEGAL..sales person Nic encouraged us to buy a scooter at the cost of $2800 .stating that it is Australian made and all parts are readily available and yr store has the franchise that sells them in Australia..and it was good value for the money and how much better the tyres are .. BUT NOT ONCE did he mention these scooters are not legal to ride on WA rds cycle ways or footpaths .NOT ONCE DID HE MENTION the police will impound and crush these scooters as they are not legal ..when i spoke to some person on the phone about the legalities of this particular Escooter he stated. oh the sign says ride at yr own risk ..?? What does that mean?? if i crash they are not liable...It does not mean these scooters are not legal in WA ..his reply to my disgust at their unethical sales tatics was... oh well you should have read up about the rules first.before you bought it.. If you are a genuine business selling items to customers who rely on yr expertise and honesty .SURELY YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO INFORM THE CUSTOMER OF THE PROS AND CONS OF A PURCHASE OF THIS NATURE...$2700 is a lot of hard earned money ..how sweet he gave us $100 dicount and threw in a cheap $40..helmet..there are standards and ethics to be considered when running a business that is selling items that are not legal on Australian rds with out displaying or advising the customers of them..liza Hicks.

After having to bring it back in after it kept deflating Kevin from the workshop did a thorough diagnosis and resolved the issue with new tube and tyre at no cost. Turnaround time was 24hrs. Altho I did have to unfortunately bring it back in the way they handled this was commendable.

Great staff very helpful. Both Brendan and Sam went above and beyond to make sure my bolzeen commando was fixed same day I brought it in. Highly recommend.

I dropped my scooter off at the Scooteroo Victoria Park store late on Friday due to a puncture in my rear tyre. I got a msg from them on Sunday to say I can collect it.Really happy with the service they provided and how quickly they had it repaired. I tried 2 other scooter shops and they couldn't fit me in until the end of May. Given I use my scooter to commute into work daily I needed it fixed ASAP.

Overall, my experience with the scooter service on 8/6/2023 was nothing short of excellent. The combination of fast and efficient service, along with the exceptional results, left me highly satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend this service center to anyone in need of scooter maintenance or repair. The level of professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail demonstrated by the service team is truly commendable. I look forward to returning to this service center in the future for all my scooter needs.
