Well I have had my hair cut by Harry about 5 times. He is great and his ability to cut my hair is truly excellent. Last time he was not available and I got the other guy, I don't remember his name. He was unfriendly from the moment I walked in. He tried to get me out of there in 10 minutes, even though I was not happy with the cut so far and I had 20 minutes to go. (There was no-one else waiting.) I mentioned this, I have 20 minutes to go

Have been going to Harry at electric chair since I switched to short hair and he has done an awesome job everytime! Always happy to fit me in, listens to what I want and I always have great chats and banter with him. Excellent barber and I recommend to my short hair pals who want a funky do :D

Clean, tidy and relaxed store with absolutely incredible staff. Harry is always such a sweet heart and he really takes the care to cut your hair just the way you want it. He offered me advice for after care and styling tips also. Love this place, I'll be back for sure

Been getting my hair cut by Harry for around a year now and he smashes it every time. Excellent skills, excellent advice and an excellent chat every time. I used to live 2 minutes away but recently moved out near Forestlakes, still drove the 35 minutes to get my hair sorted with these guys, well worth it!

Booked an appointment for my son for a hair cut in the week that offered a 15% discount, mistakingly entered the wrong time in the calendar and presented for the appointment an hour later. My credit card was debited the full amount of $43 for a no show (as per their terms and conditions). I agree that a cancellation fee should apply, however I find it outrageous that a business can get away with charging the full amount as a cancellation fee. I will contact the ACCC for further advise and to make them aware of the terms and conditions. I will not revisit this barber shop.

Great place, even better staff (Adam) these guys make you feel comfortable while giving great hair cuts, and is never awkward. The new booking system makes coming here even better now as you are locked in at the time you want to be there. Cant give more stars, but highly recommend. Also great products for hair such as style powder

Used to be a fan of this place but the way they do the bookings currently is a deal breaker. It is an appointments only place and only accepts appointments via a dodgy website that I've never heard of before that requires and saves your card info. With the hacks of other much larger companies recently this is a massive deal breaker.
