The Lady Franklin Hotel
This is the only Hotel in Franklin. Now saying that they must cater to the locals taste as these are the people supporting the Hotel year around. Heaps of bottled beer to choose from.There are two sides to the bar area dining and non dining with a pool table out front. The dining is hard to beat for the quality of the meals.Large well priced meals for one or a viking horde. The staff here were great , super friendly and efficient. Thanks for lunch.

Trevalla chips and salad excellent. Served quickly and hot. Best salad I have been presented with. Loved the curly chips and the hint of horseradish in the tartare sauce and the salad dressing was tangy too. An overall superb meal. I will definitely be back. The young man serving was quick, friendly and helpful.

This place is absolutely sensational. The meals are awesome. They are massive tasty and can't be faltered. Male sure you book in advance as every seat in the house is always full.

Used to love it.It now feels like when milk bars don't sell cigarettes any more.Always stuff up the orders. Freezing with no fire and nothing on tap.

Very poor seafood platter, and at a cost of $38.00 not acceptable. Thawed prawns, rubber squid, unimaginative presentation and sad salad. Beef schnitzel was over cooked, sauce was hardly noticeable and salad was spartan to say the least. Could not recommend, previous menu and chef was excellent, suggest avoidance as a food venue.
