Phone was not charging well, had to be tilted to charge i.e. USB connector problem. Called a few people and Azam at ITGen360 said he could fix it. Initial quote went from $30 to $65 b/c of time it took. To his credit Azam said that there are no guarantees but he did not fix the problem. The phone still has to be tilted to charge and sometimes it does not charge - i.e. waste of $65. Went back to say his card says no fix no fee but he said you expect me to work for free. The cost to repair would be another $50 for labour + $20 part. If he evaluated the problem the 1st time and he needed part then he should have said so. I'm also in retail and helped lots of clients and even if I spend time I do not charge them if I can't fix problem. Go else where if you want fair & honest advice. p.s. updated - your reply shows the level of customer service people should expect from you.Updated, 21/8/19 I believe in supporting local businesses and 2nd chances. I just called and told Azam that I will take him up on the offer. This shows that Azam actually cares about his customers. I bought a new USB spare part so hopefully problem will be fixed permanently.Updated 14/9/19 WARNING THIS PERSON IS A DISHONEST RETAILER - I organized a time to fix the phone on a Monday and the shop was closed, despite making an appointment. He then told me to go into the city & when I went there he claimed the shop was only half owned by him and he needed to charge me to fix it & he said he can fix in Coburg in 2weeks. I rang today and he claims he sold the shop in Coburg & refused to honor his original deal. DO NOT GO TO THIS PERSON IF YOU WANT HONEST SERVICE & ADVICE

I had a Bluetooth speaker not working, took it in for the guys to have alook. Turned out the wire on a connector had broken. So a bit of solder and all fixed it was a bit hard to get inside the speaker but all turned out well.I will certainly recommend getting a quote, if you need a phone or ipad etc, fixed.

The guy that own this business is so genuine and fair. I’ve been to many shops that repair things and they put prices up but this guy regally does care about his reputation.

DO NOT GO HERE - Phone is worse than before and already broke after 3 days - My phones charging point needed to be fixed so I went here to support a local business. I was initially quoted $65 for my phone and $25 for a new screen (as I found out, he didn't have the tools to correctly fix it, he had to smash it and charged his customers for new ones) what was said to be a day or two, turned into many days waiting. When I went to collect my phone he asked for $160!! Obviously dodgey when he settled for $120 (cash only might I add and then wanted to charge me $10 for a receipt!) 3 days later my phone broke again. I went back when I could to get it fixed and he said he wasn't qualified to even fix this phone and that I would have to pay for a new screen again admitting he didn't have the right tools to fix it properly. Got my phone back and back screen was smashed and he didn't even fix it also telling me he cannot guarantee my phone will last. He was so disgustingly rude, made me feel so uncomfortable, and insanely dodgey with asking double quoted price and what I found out an actual Samsung retailer would charge. Is only for 1 time business and will 100% rip you off and make your phone worse than what it was, DO NOT GO HERE!!Response to owner: I leave honest responses which you can see are both amazingly positive and unfortunately negative to local businesses I have noteable experiences with. It's a shame but not surprising you used that to deflect from the truth of your horrible and dodgey services. My phone stopped working a couple days later after supposedly fixing it again, honestly people do not go here it's the worst decision you can make and you'll most likely have to buy a new phone

No, the last review is reflective of your service. After dealing with your untrustworthy services, leading to having to buy a new phone, along with having to pay you for apparently fixing" it. This place needs visit by the ATO
