I have been a tenant with Janine as the property manager for the last year and she's been amazing to communicate with throughout this time. We had a lot of issues with the property at the start of moving in, yet Janine was amazing with my many emails, promptly responding to everything with grace and ensuring things were sorted and taken care of from her end. Her kind, considerate and warm approach makes all the logistics easier to manage and I have felt genuinely cared for and appreciated as a tenant. Thank you Janine!

Friendly and very helpful real estate service and great communication

Very friendly courteous service until you vacate. Unfortunately they then turn quicker than a chockmilk in summer into money hungry malaria carrying mosquito vampires. Robbing from a deceased estate because they wanted floors replaced. How could a cancer patient who spent more time in hospital than in the house he was renting damage floors to the extent the entire bond that would have gone towards the funeral of our loved one was taken from us to replace an entire house flooring including rooms never used by the tenant. They will smile to your face while stealing money from the deceased. Beware.

They are great people who look after their customers in a fantastic fashion.
