Great customer service when we arrived. Were shown bikes that were in our price range and level of experience with lots of information about what the differences were. Ended up purchasing 2 bikes the same style and size and we could have waited 2 days for them to build the second but they very quickly checked stock at other stores and we were able to pick up that day from the Burleigh store. Also purchased some very cool handlebar grips from the store.

Really excellent team. Give genuine advice rather than sales pitches, helped me find the perfect bike in my price range and didn't try to upsell/influence me to spend more.Just took my bike in this morning for a service and got it back same day, which was an amazingly pleasant surprise. Above and beyond - thanks guys!

Don’t recommend this company, as I stood there holding my baby ,getting no one ask what I wanted ( after spending hundreds of dollars the day prior) I then carried a bike holder ( around 37kgs to the front desk , while holding my baby in one hand . Not once did they ask if I wanted a hand. I asked for a hand to get it to my car and they said no. Poor customer service. Just all round putrid business. Don’t spend your money here. They guys down the road are much nicer

I went two hours ago because my bike tyre was flat and asked if it could be changed. One staff member said he had a 100 bikes to fix and said he didnt know and then ignored me as he was frantically putting bikes outside for presentation. I then asked him who could answer my question and he just pointed to someone else. I decided to leave and then found another bike shop with a very welcoming staff 5 minutes later at Giants.

We drove all the way down to goldcaost fromBrisbane after phone conversation with Ross. He was very attentive, patient and very knowledgeable explains about how e-bike works.Also Ross spent good 20mins to assist with carrying a bike to our car and helping it up on the roof when it was heavy raining.Thank you Ross again !

Purchased a $7000 bike from this store only to then have the worst customer service multiple times .Twice bike has been back for repairs in 4 months that should be warrantable first atemp to fix the bash guard this lasted 2 rides had another issue with shifter jamming .Dan's inspection was to just tug on the cable (don't no how this inspects inner cable) and say it looks fine so would not do anything about it.it would only get replaced if I wanted it done at my cost. 4 month old bike! Again I stated it was jamming he never once shifted the gears or even attempt to inspect the issue nor followed through with the photos and proof I had done the damage .Then the state I was given my bike back in is so poor it's not funny stem cap was loose ,grease everywhere all over the bike, scratch on the frame where they installed new cable and the worst glue attempt on the bash guard, then I get on and its not shifting correctly again

Team at 99 bikes Ashmore have sorted me out multiple times with parts and spares and I recently got a Tokyo Fixie and I am loving it.The staff listened to what I want, made suggestions and I walked away with a really good package for what I need.Great bike for the money, works really well and is a heap of fun, and suits the commute and travels up and down along the beach paths and esplanades.

Was looking for a inexpensive electric bike for my daughter. The staff guided me to what was the perfect bike for the job. Had the bike in stock. Joined tge club and purchased the bike with an expressive discount. Happy dad and very happy daughter. Thank you 99 Bikes.
