Booked in the intermediate ski and boot package and scored brand new boots and skis. Without a doubt the best place to rent your kit before hitting the snow. The coffee is also heaps good.

Such a great store with plenty of knowledgeable and helpful staff. Very big range of gear whether you are into skiing or snowboarding or mountain biking for that matter.

Rhythm is epic. Hands down the best snow store in Aus. Can't beat their prices anywhere, even online from overseas. Walked in for a busy sales day and blow away by the wonderful team member , Jordan, in particular (Goggles department). His attention to detail elevated my shopping experience to new heights.Jordan patiently listened to my preferences, guiding me through a vast array of snow Goggles, even go so far to find my current helmet to make sure it fit my existing gear. With his expert advice, I found the perfect goggles to my specific needs. It was my first visit to this place and skiing experience. Me and my friends were total of 5 and we all had to hire whole sets of pant and jackets including boots and skiboard. Staff were amazing here, were giving their best to satisfy us. First we had to fill up the online form through kiosk with all our details. Once that’s done , we went upstairs to get the boots and board. There was pretty long queue and look a bit long time and later found out there was just a guy working there. Got boots of our sizes and found bit uneasy to put it. But still, we had to put those on for skiing purpose. Got ski boards, pants, jackets, helmets in a ski package which came to $80 for a day. Hired chain here as well. We’re looking to hire some gloves as well but unfortunately they are not doing any gloves hiring at the moment due to hygiene isuues. I was looking to buy one but they were pretty expensive. Googles were pretty good and price was okay. Also got some snow boards for the other day, which was quiet fun to play.

Had a great experience picking up hire gear. Sophia (I think that's her name) was so wonderful and patient with a bunch of 4 excited kids. Overall, there was such a nice vibe in the shop, and everyone was helpful and friendly.
