I’ve been eating Soonta Norwood for 3 years + and have always loved it! But within the last few months their quality has decreased largely. Their roast pork is always extremely fatty, I even get pieces of fat instead of pork in my salad.Unfortunately I’ve also gotten food poising twice in the last couple months. I’ve never gotten food poising from their food before until now. Hopefully they can fix the current issues in quality, as for now I won’t be ordering from them.

Definitely not consistent quality and service!! I ordered a cos bowl with grilled chicken which as I always did. The amount is so insufficient- just half bowl... seriously? I saw the staff- a young girl dropped some broccoli when she blended, which made the quantity even less... very disappointed!!!Never come back again...

Ordered yesterday around 3pm with UberEats. The food was amazing, but it gave me and my daughter food poisoning.Luckily, my 5 year old has recovered but I’m still having bad stomach cramp and it’s been 24 hours since I ate food from Soonta Norwood. I saw similar comments just a couple of months ago with the same issue.Would be nice if you double check your food preparation hygiene please. Such a shame you make very beautiful meals but people end up getting sick. My guts are not weak. I can eat a lot of raw dishes or very spicy dishes without any issue and I rarely get food poisoning unless there is some serious bug in there or something.

Very good quantity and quality of food. I ordered a roast pork bun bowl for lunch and Soonta Norwood is my favorite place to go. Very crispy and crunchy pork!

I love the quality fresh food here. Veg/vegan options or fresh cooked meat. Lots of fresh veg and bright colours and textures. Real food with rice or noodles. Honestly you can go as healthy or naughty as you want. Great value for money. A few stools in an open eating area are functional.

I love Soonta but not going back to the one in Norwood again. Staff hardly understood what i wanted, even got my rice bowl wrong, had a takeaway so didnt realize til i got home.

Soonta Norwood do some of the best rice bowls out there! Georgia and the rest of the team are always friendly and generous with toppings. Can’t wait to make it my weekly routine.

I wen there yesterday night for the movie! My ticket was 7:45, I was starving quickly went to the reception order my rice bowl, I always order Soonta at somewhere else, so I notice they can add extra vegetables with also extra fees. But the girl who is stand there serving us with very very poker face and unpleasant. If you don’t want to work, no one push you, I felt so discrimination about her attitude. When I remind her I paid extra fee of my vegetables but actually she only gave me the normal size, she repeat that I already included the vegetables inside. So finally I paid 20dollar with not extra vegetables rice bowl. But can you tell me why I pay extra 5 dollar for the extra vegetables but actually none extra? Also, her service was the worst ever, I usually don’t judge people or leave bad comments like this, I didn’t argue with her yesterday night just because I don’t want to crush my mood, and my movie start soon. Again very very disappointed service and food as well. Will never come back to Norwood Soonta.
